1.The Contest is a skills-based cryptocurrency prediction contest brought to you by 2204759 ALBERTA LTD. (The "Kingpin"). The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time ("MST") on August 6, 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 PM MST on November 30, 2019 or at any time after 50,000 entries have been received (the "Contest Period"). The Kingpin reserves the right to extend the contest to either February 28, 2020 or May 31, 2020 at any time during the contest period and at its sole discretion.
2.Should the Contest Period deadline be extended, the prediction date of January 03, 2020 @ 12:15:05 MST (the "Prediction Date") will also be extended by up to two three-month intervals. Each entrant will be contacted by email and given the option of amending their prediction to the new Prediction Date in light of shifting market conditions.
3.These official rules govern and clarify any statement relating to the Contest. The Contest is open to any resident of Canada of legal majority age (excluding Quebec). No purchase is required for entry (see Entrance Requirements below). Correctly answering a skill testing question is required to receive any prize.
4.Contest prizes include: The grand prize of a free and clear title to a single-family home in Sherwood Park, Alberta has an approximate fair market taxed assessed value of CAD $403,000.00 with CAD $15,000 dollars (or the equivalent market value in Bitcoin) as relocation bonus (the "Lilac House"); second prize is a cash prize of CAD $10,000 (or the equivalent market value in Bitcoin); and third prize consists of a cash prize of CAD $2,000 (or the equivalent market value in Bitcoin) (collectively the "Prizes"). Any participant’s chances of winning depend on the number of entries made by them, the total number of entries, and their own skill in predicting the bitcoin market, and answering a skill testing question.
5.The market value for Bitcoin for determination of prizes shall be the value as of January 3, 2020 @ 12:15:05 PM MST, in Canadian dollars, according to our ticker page (which is an average price taken directly and in realtime through websockets and APIs from prominent exchanges and directories Bitcoin Average, Kraken, and Bitstamp (with a USD/CAD conversion taken from https://openexchangerates.org/) the "Tracker"). Should one of these exchanges or directories not display a valid price at the time on the Prediction Date, the formula will remain the same omitting the failed exchange or directory.
6.To enter this skills-based cryptocurrency prediction Contest by purchasing an entry, an entrant must submit 1) their entry fee of CAD $10 (the "Payment"); 2) their name and contact information; and 3) input their prediction of the actual price of Bitcoin (down to the penny, in CAD) on January 03, 2020 @ 12:15:05 MST, in Canadian dollars, according to our ticker page (which is an average price taken directly and in realtime through websockets and APIs from prominent exchanges and directories Bitcoin Average, Kraken, and Bitstamp (with a USD/CAD conversion taken from https://openexchangerates.org/)) into the online form (a "Paid Entry"). Should one of these exchanges or directories not display a valid price at the time on the Prediction Date, the formula will remain the same omitting the failed exchange or directory. 7.To enter this skills-based cryptocurrency prediction Contest without purchasing an entry, an entrant must submit by mailing to PO BOX ADDRESS

1) a USB drive with the video extolling the virtues of bitcoin between 5 and 15 minutes long, submitted in MP4 format (and only the video) (the "Video"); 2) a self-addressed, postage paid return envelope; 3) their name and contact information; 4) submit their prediction in writing of the actual price of Bitcoin (down to the penny, CAD) on January 03, 2020 @ 12:15:05 MST, in Canadian dollars, according to our ticker page (which is an average price taken directly and in realtime through websockets and APIs from prominent exchanges and directories Bitcoin Average, Kraken, and Bitstamp (with a USD/CAD conversion taken from https://openexchangerates.org/)) ("No Purchase Entry"). Should one of these exchanges or directories not display a valid price at the time on the Prediction Date, the formula will remain the same omitting the failed exchange or directory. This application can be submitted via post to PO BOX ADDRESS.
8.Entrants may enter the Contest as often as they wish during the Contest Period, including multiple entries by batched Purchase Entries of up to one hundred (100) entries, and in the case of No-Purchase entries accompanied by a corresponding batch of up to one hundred (100) unique promotional videos.
9.To be eligible to enter and win the Prizes in this Contest, an individual must reside within Canada (excluding Quebec) and be a citizen, a permanent resident, or otherwise have the necessary immigration status to own property in Canada. Furthermore, you must have achieved the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside. Minors may not participate. Age of majority may differ depending on the province of residence. It is an entrant’s responsibility to verify the age of majority where they reside.
10.All entrants acknowledge, as a condition of prize awards, that semi-finalists must allow their identity and application information to be used by the Kingpin, or any of its affiliates for promotional purposes. (in accordance with applicable privacy laws)
11.An individual is not ineligible to enter or win solely because they are a director, officer or employee of the Kingpin or a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons.
12.An individual is not eligible to enter or win if they are selected by the Kingpin to be a judge of the Contest or a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of such person.
13.The Kingpin reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Kingpin – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of an Entry entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Kingpin deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Kingpin in a timely manner may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Kingpin. In the event of a disqualification, any entry fee from a Paid Entry will be forfeited. It is the entrants’ responsibility to ensure they have complied with the eligibility rules.
14.The first-place prize in the Contest is the legal and beneficial title to the Lilac House being the house and lands legally described as Plan 9524752, Block 14, Lot 16 (subject to all standard easements, encumbrances and interests noted on title) located at 234 Lilac Terrace in Sherwood Park Alberta, T8H 1W3. The Kingpin will transfer the House to the confirmed winner of the Contest (the "Winner"), and to be clear this is not a cash prize but instead title to lands and the house situated thereupon without furnishings all of which are“as-is” condition and without warranty whatsoever (the "House"). The House includes the following unattached goods: dishwasher (built-in), refrigerator, stove, deep freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer, garage control and garage opener. The house has been assessed by the county for taxation purposes at a value of CAD $403,000. There will be no liens, taxes, or debts associated with the House when transferred.
15.The House is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by the Kingpin or any other person. The Kingpin makes no representation, and disclaims and offers no warranty or condition, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the House awarded in connection with the Contest. The Winner may need to sign additional documents to legally transfer the House from the Kingpin to the Winner (and will be responsible for all costs thereof). Upon transfer of the House to the Winner of the Contest, the Winner will be responsible for all taxes, fees, and incidental costs associated with the transfer of the House, including but not limited to potential legal fees, potential property transfer tax and potential sales taxes. Upon transfer and receipt of the House, the Winner is responsible for all future costs associated with enjoyment of the use of the House.
16.The second and third place contestants (the "Runners-Up") will each be awarded prize as follows: The second-place prize is a cash prize of CAD $10,000 (or the equivalent market value in Bitcoin). The third-place prize is a cash prize of $2000 (or the equivalent market value in Bitcoin) respectively.
17.Every Entry received during the Contest Period will be numbered and catalogued by the Kingpin or a representative thereof. After completion of the Contest Period, the predictions will be checked against the value of bitcoin down to the penny (in CAD) on the Prediction Date. The closest ten prediction entries will be the "semi-finalists". The semi-finalist entry closest estimated value will have the first opportunity to complete the skill testing question. In the event we have a tie and there are two predictions, both equal distance from the price then the winner will be the prediction LOWER than the actual price of Bitcoin. To be clear an entry above the actual price of Bitcoin can still win, but will lose in the event of a tie.
18.Notification to the first semi-finalists will be sent by or on behalf of the Kingpin to the selected entrants via email no later than 14 days after the Prediction Date (the "Winner’s Notification"). The selected entrants must answer the skill testing question and indicate their acceptance of their potential respective Prizes in writing by email, registered mail, or courier no later than 7 days after receipt of the Winner’s Notification and be able to take possession of the Prize within 30 days from the date of receipt of the selected entrant’s acceptance by the Kingpin.
19.If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, cannot accurately answer the skill testing question, or is unable or unwilling to take possession of their respective Prize, they must notify the Kingpin in writing by email, registered mail, or courier no later than 7 days after the receipt of the Winner’s Notification. Said selected entrant may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Kingpin, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to their respective Prize and to refund of the entry fee (if one has been paid) and the Kingpin reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select the next highest scoring Entry (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected entrant). This process will continue until a Winner and two Runners - Up have been confirmed and takes possession of the Prize, or there are no more eligible entrants, whichever comes first.
20.Before being declared the confirmed prize winner or one of the runners-up, the selected entrants will also be required to sign the Kingpin’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (a) confirms compliance with these Rules; (b) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as awarded; (c) consent to having their identification, photograph, and application information (in accordance with privacy laws) used by The Kingpin, and their affiliatesfor their promotional material; (d) releases the Kingpin and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims or action of any kind whatsoever for injuries (including death), damages or losses to persons (including the entrant) and property that may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Contest or in connection with the submission of the Entry, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding of the Prize.
21.If the selected entrant: (a) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time; (b) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) their Prize, as awarded, for any reason; and/or (c) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Kingpin in its sole and absolute discretion); then they may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Kingpin, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize and their Entry Fee) and the Kingpin reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to select the next highest scoring Entry from among the remaining eligible entries (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected entrant).
22.Every Non-Payment Entry Video submitted for entry, by virtue of the entry grants the Kingpin an exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content.
23.This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Kingpin with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of entries and/or entrants. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules.
24.The Kingpin reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend or cancel this Contest (or to amend these Rules) without prior notice or obligation in any way and for any reason or without reason, including but not limited to in the event of:
26.The Kingpin reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or Entry with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Kingpin, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials; the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern
